Museum Lapidarium is very pleased to inform about the recently opened group exhibition Artist in Residence 2023 at Krinzinger Schottenfeld in Vienna, that is on view until March 23, 2024.
Showing the works of: Trudy Benson (USA), Petar Brajnović (Croatia), Tomislav Brajnović (Croatia), Matija Debeljuh (Croatia), Karin Ferrari (Italy), Rui Miguel Leitão Ferreira (Portugal), Eleni Gkinosati (Greece), Bianca Kennedy (Germany), Jana Marie Kolbert (Austria), William Mackrell (UK), Elisabeth Molin (Denmark), Bernd Oppl (Austria), Anna Spanlang (Austria), Éva Szombat (Hungary).
“ARTIST IN RESIDENCE 2023“ is a group exhibition of 14 national and international, emerging and already renowned contemporary artists. The exhibiting artists participated in 2023 in the Krinzinger residency program in Petőmihályfa (Hungary), Kuberton (Croatia)Sri Lanka and in Vienna (Austria), on the invitation of Dr. Ursula Krinzinger.
The Kuberton residency is done in collaboartion with the Museum Lapidarium in Novigrad-Cittanova.The exhibited works were created in the course of the respective stays of the participating artists and reflect the different local conditions – ecological, social, cultural or political – coupled with the personal experiences of the artists and their influence on individual creative processes.
Enclosed is a selection of works from AiR Kuberton  2023…by Tomislav Brajnović, Matija Debeljuh, Karin Ferrari, William Macarell.

Gallery Krinzinger (Vienna) opens a collective exhibition of artists which were part of artist residencies in Hungary, Croatia, Austria and Šri Lanka in 2023.

Exhibition opening: 1st February 2024, at 7pm, Krinzinger Schottenfeld, Schottenfeldgasse 45, Vienna. The exhibition will be open until 23th March, 2024.

Museum Lapidarium presents artists which participated in the – Artist in residence – AIR Kuberton (CRO)  from September until October  2023; Petar Brajnović (CRO), Tomislav Brajnović (CRO), Matija Debeljuh (CRO), Karin Ferrari (IT), Rui Miguel Leitao Ferreira (PT) and William Mackrell (GB).
