14th International Festival of Arts – Arteria
UNPLUGGED
The festival encourages classical artistic disciplines, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, extended by performance and literary expressions. The focus of the festival is on collaborative projects of a one-week residency of international and Istrian artists in Novigrad. Reuniting artists, working alongside them, responding to new places, light and community, create a public display on the last day of the residence. The Museum Lapidarium acts as open studio for the public.
